Convert a slide deck to PDF
PowerPoint to PDF on ilovspdfs turns a .pptx deck into a PDF with one page per slide: text, pictures, simple shapes and tables are placed where the slide puts them, while charts, SmartArt, theme fonts and animations are not reproduced. It runs on ilovspdfs servers as part of Pro, over HTTPS, in memory, never stored.

About this tool
Every slide is rebuilt at its own size from the deck's own description of it — each text box, picture, filled shape and table placed at the position and size the slide gives it — and rendered to one PDF page. Backgrounds and theme colours are honoured. What is not rebuilt: charts and SmartArt, which are drawn as empty space; theme fonts, replaced by a standard family; and animations and transitions, which have no meaning on paper. The result says how many of those it met.

Questions
- Is my file uploaded for this tool?
- Yes. Unlike the tools marked Private, this one sends your file to an ilovspdfs server over HTTPS, processes it in memory, and streams the result straight back as the response. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is logged about the contents, and nothing remains once the response has been sent.
- Will my charts and SmartArt appear?
- No. Those are stored as data the deck's own application draws, not as pictures, and are left as empty space. Paste a chart into the slide as an image before converting if it has to be in the PDF.
- Can I convert an older .ppt file?
- No. The binary .ppt format is not read. Save the deck as .pptx first.
- Why does this tool need a Pro subscription?
- Because it runs on hardware we pay for. Everything that runs in your own browser stays free with no account, at any file size. The cloud tools are the few jobs a browser tab genuinely cannot do, and Pro is what pays for the machines that do them.
